One of our most coveted courses is the annual “Train the Trainer” workshop. Reserved for LG Academy clients, Train the Trainer teaches participants the fundamental "5 Essentials" principles contained in our core curriculum and and certifies graduates to train Levitin Group's four Core Courses. Train the Trainer participants learn to identify sales problems and their causes, and how to design powerful and productive training sessions around the LG training program in order to correct them. Graduates of this intensive program receive:
A comprehensive training manual
Exercise templates with innovative lessons created within the four courses
Interactive coaching tools designed to transfer the 5 Essentials concepts into weekly and daily rituals for the trainer and the students
Upon completion of this course, students are equipped with proven tools and resources for their company’s continued success. They will be competent and confident in their ability to reinforce the skills taught by our trainers on a daily basis.
