Showtime 2008

Mother Nature’s best attempts failed to chill the spirits of an international gathering of timeshare trainers at “Showtime – Winter ’08.” Attendees, from such tropical locations as Dominican Republic, Cancun, Puerto Vallarta and Hawaii, instead welcomed the snowy weather as just one more stimulating element of the high-powered workshop. “Change your environment and open your mind,” became almost a mantra during the four days dedicated to elevating the training skills of the participants.

The Showtime attendees were already highly skilled trainers and managers. Corporate Vice Presidents, Regional VP’s, Directors of Sales and Project Directors, with a cumulative total of more than 300 years of experience, shared their expertise and challenged themselves to grow by adopting the Levitin Group’s “Four Pillars” of training. Through an array of interactive exercises, role-plays and competitions, the Showtime attendees developed their skills to design and lead high-impact training sessions that get results.  

“By design, Showtime combines our powerful curriculum with the talent brought in by the participants; the synergy created defines the Showtime experience,” says Shari Levitin, Levitin Group President and CEO. “This time, though, I was amazed at the result. The amount of information exchanged was astounding! We will have a hard time duplicating the success of this seminar.”

In addition to the classroom activities, the group enjoyed outings and parties, including: an evening sleigh ride to a mountain-top lodge, a private museum tour with dinner at the Utah Olympic Park and a special visit by alpinist and Mt. Everest climber, Gary Scott. New friendships were formed during the event, email addresses were exchanged and, during graduation, a champagne toast to the people and participants who made “Showtime – Winter ’08” the best event ever!
