Joe McGriff - Vice President / Levitin Leadership

Joe McGriff is recognized as one of the leading sales trainers, motivators and coaches in the vacation ownership industry today. He began his sales career as a National Sales Manager for the Marriott Hotel Corporation, where he received the JW Marriott Presidential Award and numerous other sales recognitions. In 1995, Joe transferred to the Marriott Vacation Club where he became Rookie of the Year in his first year of sales. He then went on to achieve over $5 million in ownership sales over 26 months prior to being promoted to Sales Manager.

After Marriott, Joe became Director of Sales for Westgate Resort at the Canyons in Park City Utah. In 2000, he successfully led the start-up operation to become Westgate's number one producing resort with a team of 52 sales people.

Five years ago, Joe pursued his true passion for training and joined Levitin Group where he contributes to the success of sales and management teams for leading companies in the vacation ownership industry. A distinguished speaker for ARDA and CRDA, Joe continues to train the Levitin Group Selling System to sales executives and managers world-wide.

A notable leader in his local church, Joe and his wife Penny live in Salt Lake City, Utah and enjoy a busy family schedule with their three children.
